From 2011 until 2017, Joanna led all PR initiatives for Poshmark, the largest social marketplace for fashion where anyone can buy, sell and share their personal style. 

Launched the app into the market in December of 2011 and over the following years, she was responsible for company messaging and positioning, creative PR strategies and campaigns, quick execution to deliver consistent daily media placements, establishing leadership and breaking away from a slew of competitors. In 2018, Poshmark was named one of Forbes’ Next Billion Dollar Startups. Today 1 in every 5 women in the U.S. use the app and the company has an annual run rate of over $100M in revenue.

Between 2017 and 2020, Joanna was the Creative Director for Poshmark’s television advertisements. She led brand TV strategy, conceptualized and executed all creative and spearheaded production, launching a valuable new growth channel for the company.
