From 2011 until 2017, Joanna led all PR initiatives for Poshmark, the largest social marketplace for fashion where anyone can buy, sell and share their personal style.
Launched the app into the market in December of 2011 and over the following years, she was responsible for company messaging and positioning, creative PR strategies and campaigns, quick execution to deliver consistent daily media placements, establishing leadership and breaking away from a slew of competitors. Today 1 in every 5 women in the U.S. use the product and the company has an annual run rate of over $100M in revenue.
